Track & Field Day

Students enjoy a carnival-style field day with 15 stations of fun physical activities, with our own Coach Outlaw as the ringmaster.
As always, sportsmanship and fun are the goal for the day!

Families are invited — so come join the fun!
Clarksville Park, 1811 W. 11th St.

PK thru 2nd Grade: Kids leave school at 8:00 and walk to the park, then return to school at each grade’s regular lunchtime. These students eat at school.

3rd thru 6th Grade: Kids will leave at their grade’s lunch time listed below to eat at the park, and then return to school at 2:00 pm. Kids can order a sack lunch or bring one from home.

3rd thru 6th Grade Lunch Schedule: pick up sack lunch and leave for the park.
3rd, 11:40 am. 4th, 11:45 am. 5th, 11:50 am. 6th, 12:00 noon.

Volunteers are always welcome and appreciated.
You can help at a station, distribute snacks, or stay with your child’s group as they participate.

Track and Field Day Schedule:
6:00 am  – 8:00 am, Set-up at Clarksville Park, 1800 West 10th Street
8:00 am – 11:00 am, Assist Pre-K through 2nd Graders at events
11:00 am – 2:00 pm, Assist 3rd through 6th Graders with events
2:00 pm – 2:30 pm, Clean-up

Kindergarten and 6th Grade families are assigned to contribute snacks.
Please bring a 24 count of a healthy snack such as fruit roll-ups, granola bars, tangerines, oranges, small apples, chips, chex mix, crackers, animal crackers, fruit snacks, popcorn or pretzels. Please do not send food items with nuts or nut oils. You can send the snacks along with your child or drop them off directly in the office. Thank you!

Students will travel from station to station in groups of 4 or 6 people.
Groups should spend about 5-10 minutes at each station. Come join the fun!
