In AISD, parents are able to access all their student’s educational information in one place: the Parent Cloud! You can find your student’s ID, grades, teachers communications, etc.
The most frequently used applications by parents are:
1. Parent Self Serve
This application allows parents to access their student’s attendance and grade records. Go to Parent Self Serve information
2. Student Registration
Beginning March 1st, 2017, parents can register a new student for the 2017-2018 school year through Parent Self-Serve or go straight to the system once they are logged into the Cloud. Go to Student Registration information
3. My Messages
SchoolMessenger is the district’s communication tool. Parents can set their preferred modes of district communication in the Cloud. Important to note, this is where you must opt in to Campus Messages so that you receive Principal Brewster’s Weekly Message. Read more about SchoolMessenger
How Do I Access the Parent Cloud?
Go to my.austinisd.org to access the Parent Cloud. If you do not have a Parent Cloud Account, you can register for one online. The Parent Cloud serves as the primary resource for all of the services provided online to our parents. This site gives parents direct access into their child’s classroom information, registration to your child’s campus, district-wide information and links to other often used services.
