How we Communicate

LivingTree

LivingTree is our private communication network for Mathew’s parents/teachers/staff.   As a parent, you’ll see posts (messages, photos, and files) and events from your child(ren)’s teachers and school administrators.  You’ll be able to join the conversation by sharing posts, direct messaging, posting calendar events, and more.  By now you should have received your “Welcome to LivingTree” email which will provide your username and password.  LivingTree and this website work together as the primary means of communication for our school.  If you need technical support with your LivingTree account please email support@livingtree.com

Principal Brewster’s Weekly Message

Principal Brewster sends out a weekly school wide message every Sunday afternoon that contains important events of the week and general updates.  She will share a link to her message through our LivingTree platform.

Social Media

Like us on Facebook.  Follow us on Twitter and Instagram.

Mathews Parents Facebook Group

You can request to join our ‘secret‘ parents Facebook group by emailing fb@mathews360.com. A variety of information is shared here including social gatherings, volunteer opportunities, reminders, etc.  This is a great place to stay in the loop.

Wednesday Folders

In our effort to conserve paper, we have moved to a mostly digital Wednesday Folder.  Please check the website home page and click on “Weekly Wednesday Folder”.  Many important flyers and week by week communication will be posted there.

Homeroom Parents

Each classroom will have a dedicated homeroom parent who will post messages and reminders in your LivingTree classroom group pertaining to activities specific to your child’s classroom or requests/needs from your child’s teacher.
