Mathews students and families gathered on September 24th and October 1st for inspired days of creativity and generosity with the Austin Empty Bowl Project.

The Austin Empty Bowl Project is an effort organized by Austin area potters to help feed the hungry. Potters donate ceramic bowls, chefs donate soup, bakers donate bread, and musicians donate their talents. The public is invited to an event that showcases this great and raises much-needed funds for the Capital Area Food Bank.
This year’s event will be November 20, 11:00-3:00.
