What is Octoberama?

Octoberama is a fall festival held at Mathews with activities for the whole family. It is the main PTA fundraiser of the year; proceeds go to enrichment activities, improving school grounds, families-in-need, and more.

Are Students Involved?

Yes! Each student is encouraged to bake (or decorate store-bought) cake for the Cake Carousel, sign up for the poster design / coloring contest, and attend the festival with their friends and families

Are Mathews Parents Involved?

Yes! We need YOU - parent volunteers are essential to set-up, running the games, and clean-up of the festival. Volunteer opportunities have already begun rolling out on Konstella!

Do I need a ticket to attend?

No. You can attend without a ticket - admission and entertainment is free

What are ticket sales for?

While admission is free, tickets are required for Games, Activities, and Food at Octoberama. Most games cost 1 to 2 tickets per try depending on the difficulty level. The Bounce House and Inflatable Obstacle Course are 5 tickets per try.

I missed the Ticket and T-Shirt Presale, can I still get tickets or t-shirts?

Absolutely! Octoberama Tickets and T-Shirts will be on sale throughout the Festival for anyone who may have missed the pre-sale period

What food will be sold at Octoberama?

Jim Jim's Water Ice, Craig O's Pizza, Top Taco Food Truck, and Mathews' 6th Grade BBQ Stand
